Member Protection Assurances
Our agency ensures the safety and well-being of members through the following measures:
- Comprehensive Background Checks: State of Georgia criminal background verification (GCHEXS)
- Driving Record Verification: Valid and clear Motor Vehicle Record
- Employment History Review: Previous occupation performance check
- Financial & Legal Safeguards: Bonded for trust and security
- Insurance Coverage: Liability insurance protection and workers’ compensation coverage
Caregiver Qualifications
Our caregivers meet the highest industry standards, ensuring quality care and safety:
- Certifications: CPR, Basic First Aid, and TB skin test
- Experience: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
- Ongoing Training: Minimum of 8 hours of training annually
Performance & Compliance
- Orientation Program: Comprehensive onboarding process
- Skill Assessments: Regular evaluations every 60 to 90 days
- Policy Adherence: Employees follow strict guidelines, expectations, policies, and procedures

Certifications
Caregiver Certification Requirements
- Completed and Signed Employment Application: Applications are available in our office.
- Current TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray: Must be updated annually.
- National Background Check: Conducted in our office for security and compliance.
- CPR and First Aid Certification: Must be obtained from an accredited program; requires annual renewal.
- CNA or PCA License: PCA test available upon request.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
